3. Who are the lecturers?
All SPiC lecturers are experienced lecturers based at Sunway TES. Many are recognized lecturer with deep experience in helping students pass their exams — both in physical and online settings.
4. How do I access the course after purchase?
After enrolling, you’ll receive a login ID and password via email. This usually takes up to 4 working days. You’ll then access everything via our SPiC learning portal.
5. When does my course access begin?
Access typically begins once your login credentials are sent — not tied to a fixed start date. This means you can start preparing as early as possible.
6. What if I’ve failed the exam before — can SPiC Online help me?
Yes. SPiC Online is suitable for both first-time takers and resitters. If you’re resitting, you’ll benefit from Exam Focused Workshop on the following:

9. Is there a graduation or certificate after I finish?
No physical graduation is provided for online learners, but your ACCA exam results will be globally recognized. Our job is to help you pass with confidence.
10. I am an existing student at STES, can I apply for SPiC?
SPiC is not offered to existing/active Sunway TES (KL) students enrolled into the FIA/ACCA programme and have not graduated.
11. How long will I have access to the course after enrolling?
You will have access to the e-Course materials from start date until the end of the final examination week. The specific expiry date will be mentioned in the course details which is usually the end day of the Exam week.
12. Can I download the recorded Live Webinar after it is uploaded?
The uploaded recordings of the Live Classes can be viewed from the system/course but are not downloadable for off-line viewings.
Use of streaming firewall bypass features on any video or interactive media content that are Intellectual Properties of Sunway-TES is strictly prohibited and legal action can be taken against you for infringement of IP.
13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfers. Subscribers will be advised on the total amount to be paid.
14. I paid for the e-Course, but I haven’t received any details about my purchase.
You will receive the details together with your access/registration ID via email in 4 working days.
If you made payment after the session has started and haven’t receive your access/registration ID for more than 4 days after you made the payment, you may contact us at info@stesglobal.com for payment update and attach together the payment details.
15. Is there a refund policy?
No Refunds will be allowed once the course has started or after the Access ID has been given.
Application for refunds must be made before the Access ID is released and in writing to info@stesglobal.com and the amount refunded will be through a valid bank account issued in the user’s name. Bank charges for foreign bank transactions will be deducted from the refund amount.
